KEPA is a private sector company. It was formed in 1991 by FING and SEVE. Its headquarters are based in Thessaloniki, while it also has branch offices in Athens.

Since 1993, KEPA has been acting as an Intermediary Management Agency of Programmes for enterprises, acquiring extensive experience and know-how in administration and project management of investment-business plans aimed at private sector development, especially in the manufacturing sector.

During the 1st and 2nd Community Support Framework initiatives KEPA managed 2800 projects amounting to a total budget of 320 million Euros. During the 3rd Community Support Framework, KEPA has continued to act as an Intermediary Management Agency of Programmes, (with a total budget more than 500 million Euros), within the framework of the Operational Programme ‘’Competitiveness’’ for Central and West Makedonia.

KEPA has modern facilities and highly-trained staff with scientific experience in project management. It is certified with ΙSO 9001/2000 Standard of Quality Management.
