Short Description: The project deals with the region of Central Makedonia (NUTS 2) as a compilation of local and sectoral employment systems, where a small percentage of innovative regional employment policies have been adapted and in addition corporate social responsibility in this field is still in its early stage.

Main aims:
• The development of a regional employment strategy in Central Macedonia, with innovative elements
• The filling of the gap that exists between national and regional policies.

Objectives:
• To create new fields of employment in the Region of Central Macedonia in the sectors of information technology, social economy, manufacturing, culture
• To compile the largest possible number of opinions from the partner institutes.

Results:
• Development of an auditing mechanism for the regional employment market & the compilation of a regional action plan for employment paying particular attention to the female labour force
• The creation of six new regional employment policies
• The establishment of a Forum for Social Dialogue
• The widespread usage of the model in other Greek Regions.
